Do you offer garages? Yes, we offer attached garages and breezeway garages in every building. Do you offer townhomes? Yes, we offer 2 bedroom townhomes, 1,382 square feet. It’s an amazing floorplan with a 2-car attached garage and upgraded interior finishes. Do you allow pets? Yes. Two animals each weighing 40 pounds or less full-grown are allowed per apartment home. Animals must be no less than six months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. These include, but not limited to, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull. Exotic animals such as reptiles, birds and rodents, and poisonous animals such as tarantulas, insects and poisonous fish are not allowed. When are the residents allowed to use the gym? The fitness center is 24-hour access, 7 days a week. Residents are allowed to use this facility at any time. What else in going to be built in the La Villita Development? Single family homes, retail, 2 schools, small office space and 21-acres of parks, plazas, promenades and open space will all surround the 30-acre lake and 2 canals located in La Villita. We are located 2 miles from multiple restuarants, Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Wal-Mart, Sams, Target, movie theatre, Home Depot, Fry's, Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Compass, and four grocery stores. The Urban Town Center also offers an array of shopping and entertainment. It is located less than 3 miles away. Everything you can possibly want is right at your finger tips!
